At The Painting Doctor, your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. That’s why we offer an industry-leading 7-year warranty on all our exterior residential painting services. If your paint fades, cracks, or peels due to our workmanship or paint failure, we will provide the labor and materials to fix the issue once and for all! We want you to feel secure and confident in the investment you make in your home and in choosing us to protect it.

We stand by our craftsmanship, ensuring that the beauty and integrity of your paint finish last well beyond the completion of your project. It’s the only way we know how to do business—doing it right, or not at all.

 

Our 7 year exterior painting warranty provides coverage against:

  • Peeling Paint
  • Bubbling Paint
  • Chipping Paint
  • Fading Color
  • Chalking
  • Delamination
  • Any paint failure not caused by external factors
  • Any paint failure caused by improper preparation, workmanship, or application
 

 

Warranty Details

 

We will provide, up to the 7th year following your painting project, up to (1) hour of touch-up paint per year to correct wear & tear, cracked caulking, and etc. to help maintain your paint project! To correct failures as described above, Prestigious Painting will provide and/or perform the following:

  • Clean, Prepare, and Repaint affected areas only in the same fashion as described in the original scope of work for the warrantied project
  • Provide materials and labor to perform the above at no cost to the owner.
  • Provide above service in favorable weather conditions to prevent further failures.
